New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Collaborating again with the renowned producer Ash Howes and following a UK top 5 charting position in November 2019, President Street are making a triumphant return with 'Something To Believe,' set for release on the 19th June 2020.

All too relevant for those of us struggling through the pandemic and adjusting to lockdown, 'Something to Believe' tells the inspirational tale of overcoming adversity and pain, and looking towards a future where you can rely unwaveringly on yourself.

The song is a journey of discovery towards self-knowledge, clearing away the dark clouds around you and breaking past patterns to step into your strongest self. Originally inspired by an abusive relationship, 'Something to Believe' is nevertheless full of relatable themes about having belief and faith in your own voice and truth.

'Something to Believe' begins with Ruby's characteristically honey-sweet vocal in an acapella introduction which immediately sets the tone and introduces the hook of the song. The production is slick, as it kickstarts the rest of the song, with trip-hop inspired rhythms which support and solidify the intimate and personal delivery of Ruby's lyrics. The result is that of a wholly confident artist, with a song that screams triumphant independence from every aspect of its assured and assertive sound.

Born from Pete Moses' discovery of his passion for music production, in partnership with vocalist Ruby, President Street is the creative collective who refuse to be constrained to one genre. Tentatively labelled as "pop fusion", these exciting combinations of pop, dance, drum 'n' bass and more led President Street to embark on multiple successful tours of the UK, and even had a tour of Japan confirmed before the COVID-19 outbreak.

We could all use a song right now about staying strong and true to yourself and to remind us that hope still exists, yes even in this world, even today. 'Something to Believe' is that song.
'Something to Believe' is released 19th June 2020.
