Rachael Sage Releases The Stunningly Emotional Video For 'Blue Sky Days'

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) 'Blue Sky Days', Rachael Sage's latest release from album Character, is a meditative ode to healing inside and out.
The video sees Sage performing in the historical Evarts Rink in Katonah, NY. Whilst Sage, who took it upon herself to art-direct this video, plays and sings in the middle of the rink, 10-year-old figure skater Morgan Sage (no relation) swirls and skates around her in what is the perfect mixture of expansive movement and intimate performance, coming together in Safe's singular vision.

'Blue Sky Days', like the rest of this album, was written during the tumultuous year in which Sage was diagnosed with, treated for and recovered from, uterine cancer. It sets the tone for the album as a whole, a wide-eyed look at the world anew, with a newfound reverence for music as a tool for healing. This coupled with the signature poetic lyricism, musical activism and emotive and astute songwriting which Sage is known for makes for a truly remarkable release.
