New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Rhiannon Giddens and Francesco Turrisi were musical guests on RTÉ One's Tommy Tiernan Show in Ireland on Saturday night. You can watch their performance of "Wayfaring Stranger" from the show below.
The song is on their album there is no Other, which they recorded in Dublin in 2018.
The duo returns to Dublin to give a concert at Vicar Street this July, after a residency at SFJAZZ in San Francisco this week; touring Australia, New Zealand, and Japan; Giddens' receiving an honorary degree from her alma mater, UNC Greensboro; and performances of her new opera, Omar, at Spoleto Festival.
