Singer/Sax Player Ms. Evelyn Rubio Takes Europe By Storm
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The Mexican born sexy singer sax player Evelyn Rubio debuted in Europe on a whirlwind tour that included eight cities within three countries. No stone left unturned the rising artist met with a list of key decision makers, reporters, radio personnel, and performed for audiences in four different cities while on the go. Below is a recap of some of the events that took place over a fifteen day period this month while Evelyn made her way through Europe.
Evelyn shares dinner with the Artistic Director and the President of the world famous Lucerne Blues Festival - Daniel Mebold who is not only the Artistic Director at Lucerne but wow what a music trivia treasure trove of information, yours truly, Evelyn Rubio, and Martin "Kari" Brundler who is not only the President of the Lucerne Blues Festival but also an avid Harley man too. Martin actually rented a dresser and rode across the vast majority of the United States on a recent trip.

Evelyn being interviewed by music journalist Banz Friedli on the train between Zurich and Lucerne. A good time was had by all as Banz shared the rich history of Switzerland's past and its deep roots into blues music.
Below - Evelyn meets with Dave Feusi the renowned jazz saxophone player, recording studio owner, and booking agent in Zurich. Artists, if you are traveling to Switzerland make sure to spend a Wednesday night in Zurich and contact Dave about sitting in at Zurich's famed Moods Nightclub.

Evelyn with the marvelous Black City Band on stage at Turin's Pub 82 Birra Ceca. The Black City Band specializes in back up band performances and would go on to perform with Evelyn for a total of four club dates. Evelyn shares, "These guys are true gentlemen and extremely talented musicians. I would highly encourage any artist that is about to tour Italy to contact Martin Craig about working with them."
