Singer/Songwriter Marshall Lewis Returns With 'Sway'

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Marshall Lewis is a Pittsburgh born singer songwriter. Marshall's music career began at just six years old, when he found his Dad's guitar collecting dust in the attic. From that moment on has spent his life playing, writing, and performing. From being the young boy who would accompany his dad to "gigs" at dive-bars, to leading worship bands as a teenager, and being a frontman for several cliché high school bands, Lewis' way to navigate life has always been through music.

Marshalls sound can be described as a pop/rock singer-songwriter, with deeply felt vocals, big passionate guitars, and introspective, soulful lyricism. "Love in the Time of Waves" was Lewis' first release in 2019. It is a heartfelt exploration of navigating love, loss, and what having an open, romantic heart in the twenty-first century looks like.

Speaking more on 'Sway', Marshall explained: "Sway takes place in the fog of a breakup. Written while I was going through my own breakup. I wanted to write a song that expressed knowing the relationship was over while also expressing the longing for the last moments to last."

'Sway' is set to release July 17th on all streaming platforms. With Marshall growing with every release, he's definitely one to watch.
