Trace Adkins - Tonight Show, Memorial Day, Fan Video Launches Online
Nashville, TN (Top40 Charts/ Sunshine Sachs) Trace Adkins' 11th studio album, Love Will... was released last week by Show Dog-Universal Music as the country star won NBC's All-Star Celebrity Apprentice with over $1.5 million raised for the American Red Cross. The album is available on iTunes https://smarturl.it/ituneslw.

After street week performances on the Today Show, Fox & Friends, SiriusXM's Sounds of Summer broadcast and the live Celebrity Apprentice Finale, Adkins now readies to serve as an Honorary Grand Marshall in the 2013 National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, DC. He will be featured on cover of Country Weekly (on-stands 5/24) and perform on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on June 12th.

The album's first single, "Watch The World End With You," features two-time Grammy winning singer/songwriter Colbie Caillat. Trace recently asked fans to submit videos and photos that match the message of undying love.

The fan submissions were so touching, an online video has been launched with highlights. Of the track, USA TODAY declares, "Not many guys could pull off a love song about the apocalypse, but danged if Adkins doesn't make it sound romantic."

Another online highlight comes from 11-year old reporter Gracelyn Mansfield, who earned charming responses from Adkins about his new album, his Apprentice team preferences (Omarosa or Gary!), and collaborators Colbie Caillat and Exile.

Surrounding the album's release, critics have also weighed in:

ASSOCIATED PRESS - "… the tall, muscular former oil rigger concentrates on romantic themes, some of which push at the steamier edges of conservative country music conventions - as on his cover of the Exile pop hit "Kiss You All Over.""

COUNTRY WEEKLY - "Love Will . . . isn't a collection of schmoopy, saccharine ballads. The songs are solid and lyrically diverse, exploring love—from the unrequited kind of "So What If I Do" to the eternal in "Watch the World End" to the downright heartbreaking in "If the Sun Comes Up.""

GAC - "Trace has always had fantastic range, but Love Will… features many dynamic performances where simple inflections and nuances add whole new dimensions. An emotion as rich and complicated as love can certainly mean something different from one person to the next, but on Love Will…, Trace succeeds in giving listeners an insightful and personal look at what it means to him."

At the heart of the excitement is an emotional album from the outspoken roughneck. With vocal variety and a thematic focus, Love Will… tackles the world's greatest emotion and features two-time Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter, Colbie Caillat, the esteemed Harlem Gospel Choir and rock/country veterans, Exile. The impressive list of producers includes Tony Brown, Mark Wright, Frank Rogers, Kenny Beard and Mickey Cones.
