New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The unlikely collaboration of Woolfman and J-Stew i something of pure chance: Woolfman, a founding member of post-punk band Gang of Four (who also turned down an offer to join The Cure!!), started a collaboration with a young unknown gospel singer and pastor, J-Stew.
The pair have produced a dance-pop track with a soulful edge - Listen To The Beat has been making waves in the week since it was released: recently being picked up by David Guetta, making appearance's in his DJ sets and on his Spotify playlist (https://open.spotify.com/user/david_guetta_/playlist/1ONoVwmw96EtWKfcdsrVZf?si=6Yv9SvMxSOOUgkm5lP2JdA).

The story that led to the track's creation seems to have taken its makers by as much surprise as it has everyone else. Originally starting as a lullaby that came to Woolfman in his dreams, the two met while travelling in Europe by pure chance and began their unlikely collaboration.
