Adding, "The track's origin is interesting. I actually heard the chord progression in a dream! Waking up at 3am, I quickly rushed to my guitar to work out the chords, and subsequently added lyrics focused on the theme of being imprisoned in your own thought cycles though OCD and anxiety, which resonated with me, and hopefully will with others too."
