New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Brighton native Isabelle Brown has announced her new EP, '03' set for February 7th release via True Panther & AWAL/Kobalt. The four-song collection recorded by Isabelle between the ages of 12-14 creates a world of its own fusing orchestral, hip hop, R&B and soul underpinned by Isabelle's striking vocals.
Today, the "perfect old-soul-teen" (Milk) released new jam "What U Waiting 4" the second single from '03.'
'03' is Isabelle's unapologetic quest in approaching life with a large dose of laughter while also reflecting her mature and genuine understanding of music. FADER calls the EP's first single, "
