New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Toronto hip hop artist, Butterz G, released visuals for his highly anticipated track "E.T.". The track brings an ominous-yet-hype energy, and super lively production. Butterz G had the following to say when reached out to for comment: "With E.T., I wanted to show my diversity and creativity - I was thinking outside the box when recording it. I wanted to catch people's attention on the first listen, and get the song stuck in their head right away. I wanted it all to be represented visually with a dark and spacey vibe.".
The music video serves as a follow-up from his track "Hey Y'all" - a collaboration with the Canadian hard iced tea brand.
Butterz G has been in the industry for some time now, however he originally gained notoriety from the local skateboarding scene. The skateboarder turned rapper aims to bridge the gap between the two worlds. "I've seen rappers like Rich the Kid pivot from skating into the music scene. I want to keep bridging the gap in my own way - with my own sauce." Butterz G says about how he wants to tackle the music industry.
Butterz G is definitely an artist to keep an eye on as the world opens back up. During the current global situation, the Toronto-based rapper has been working on a plethora of new music and videos. Now that he's ready to drop, Butterz G is not going away.
