New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Americana Country artist/songwriter Chris Gardner just released his newest music video titled "The Rocky Road" which has racked up over 8,300 views in its first week. Working with Relaxing Blues Productions the team crafted a video screenplay that viewers are watching, relating to and sharing with others.
Chris shares, "At our live shows audiences appreciate "The Rocky Road" so as a songwriter I felt the lyrics could be crafted into a sort of story telling screenplay music video. However, I also felt that the visual presentation would have to capture the very essence of the message and I've got to say that working with Deb and her team I think they hit the nail squarely on the head.
As a songwriter when you hear your music come to life it's a great feeling and then when you can both hear it and see the story unfold that's really fantastic. We're very excited about the initial response to this new video."
Chris has also released a video companion to his chart topping "Hangin' On The Line"! Additionally, Chris's audio album "Hangin' On The Line" which rose to the top of the charts (Roots
Music Reports) and (Indie World Country Report) is now being released as a complete live performance video.
The new music video album is Chris's complete audio album by the same name that was also recorded in video format in front of a live studio audience.
All eleven songs on the audio album are also on the video release including the band members.
"Hangin' On The Line" presents the audio tracks in the same exact order as they are on the audio release and the entire live performance was shot without breaks in between the songs. It's like being at one of Chris's live performances where the performance continues from one song into the next. Both the audio and video albums were recorded at Wire Road Studios Houston, Texas, Andy Bradley, Producer. Next up Chris returns to the studio with noted producer Andy Bradley. Their target date for releasing Chris's next audio album is mid May.
Andy shares, "I thoroughly enjoy working with Chris. He not only brings fresh ideas to us but he's also open to them as well. We surround him with the best session players in the business and the combination of all of us moving in one direction is just about too cool for words."
