Evi Vine Releases New Single "Porcelain / My Hands Are Tied"
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Vision Music) 'Porcelain / 'My Hands Are Tied' is the first AA single from EVI VINE's new album 'GIVE YOUR HEART TO THE HAWKS'and will be released in November 2014. My Hands Are Tied did get a very limited release earlier in the year and became the soundtrack to the Dark Mountain Projects book release as featured in the New York Times, and coincided with a sold out show at Cecil Sharp House. The video twice featured on the iconic Arte7 channel TRACKS , was play listed on MTV Europe, and shortlisted for the Berlin Film Festival 2014.

Beautiful, sparse and deeply intimate,GIVE YOUR HEART TO THE HAWKS' is the second full-length album by Evi Vine. Co- produced with Richard Formby (Mogwai, Wild Beasts) & mixed by the legendary Phil Brown (Beth Gibbons, John Martyn, Talk Talk). The first album "..and so the morning comes" recorded entirely at home & self released, received a great deal of critical acclaim as can be seen from the above quotes, and featuring on BBC6, BBC Introducing & Amazing Radio.

Evi Vine writes beautiful and painful songs. inspired by a deep connection and love of the natural world, This record is an exploration of deep, dark suffering and intense compassion awakening. Together with Steven Hill they create a unique and uncompromising atmosphere, the effect is reverential, physical music that evokes a rare experience...
