Thank you very much for everyone who responded to the January 25, 2006 email, announcing registration for Holy Hip Hop-House Party(ies)-(opportunity for individuals and organizations to host sneak preview showing(s) of the March 21, 2006 DVD Release: 'Holy Hip Hop'), distributed in retail and video stores worldwide by Maverick Entertainment. Churches and individuals are now scheduled to host Holy Hip Hop-House parties throughout the United States (between March 1-March 20, 2006), with anticipated attendees, per party, ranging in size from ten (10) to over one-thousand (1000) guests.
Please see below the preliminary list of Holy Hip Hop-House Party Cities (Confirmations), as of February 8, 2006. If your name is listed below, then your street mailing address has been confirmed and a package of materials should be received by you on or before February 25, 2006, at the address you provided, (containing: (a) 30 minute-Sneak Preview copy of 'Holy Hip Hop' DVD; (b) Promotional Flyers; and (c) Guest Lists log-sheet. If materials are not received on or before February 25, 2006, then please email: [email protected] (and confirm your Street Mailing Address as well as provide all contact information where you can be reached directly).
For any additional persons interested in participating or if you confirmed participation but do not see your name or city below, please reply back to this email and confirm your Street Mailing Address (No P.O. Boxes accepted) and that you can host a Holy Hip Hop-House Party between March 1 - March 20, 2006. All email confirmations must be received by February 15, 2006 (Registration Extension Date).
