ATLANTA, GA. (Top40 Charts/ KAZ Records) Atlanta-based, KAZ Records recording artist & international performer, Leah DeVon, launches a brand new music campaign via Kickstarter on April 1, 2014. Leah DeVon will record a 4 song EP and re-record her inspirational hit-ballad, "The Victory Is Mine," which will feature a special-cast women's choir.
Leah DeVon has been making waves in the entertainment industry as an indie artist at the helm of her own label, KAZ Records Inc. As an international songstress, Leah has opened for artists such as
Earth, Wind & Fire and
Chaka Khan to name a few, and was also selected to be a featured performer for The Armed Forces Entertainment. Leah had the wonderful privilege of touring overseas to perform for our men and women in uniform. Leah has completed projects with industry greats such as legendary Grammy nominated music producer, Kashif (Whitney Houston, Kenny G, Mariah Carey), and even recorded with hit makers Full Force (Lisa, Lisa, Ashanti,
James Brown, LFO). After a very successful tenure in the industry, Leah took a break to refocus and realign and now she re-emerges with a re-launch of Leah DeVon Music.
With a rekindled flame, Leah announces her new campaign Kickstart Your
Dream through the crowd-funding platform Kickstarter.com. The campaign serves as an invitation for fans and lovers of positive music to share in the release of a music video for Leah's single, "The Victory is Mine," and a four song EP. Leah DeVon has set a funding goal of $10,000 to cover studio time, music production, video production, travel for production team and affiliates, styling, and artwork. Leah's passion is to cultivate an opportunity to continue to present positive and encouraging music as an option to all listeners.
