New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Jacob Collier has unveiled the first music video from his massive new project Djesse - a 40-song, 4-volume exploration of the mind of one of music's finest young talents. The music video is for the first single "With The Love In My Heart" and was filmed in Japan. A whimsical maze of mirrors, the video captures the essence of Jacob - a vibrant musical polymath. As he traverses this lush, otherworldly landscape he foreshadows all that Djessehas to offer.

The "With The Love In My Heart" video features work by visual artist and creative director Nobumichi Asai, who pioneered a face-mapping technology that was debuted at the 2016 GRAMMY Awards in the Lady Gaga/Nile Rodgers David Bowie tribute segment. The video was produced by Asai and Bruce Ikeda with JKD Collective. Jun Tamukai directed it, and Jun Nishida served as content planner, who helped create OK Go's famous "I Won't Let You Down" music video among many other massively viral productions.

Tonight Jacob will perform alongside Bebe Rexha, Ty Dolla Sign, Daniel Caesar and Becky G, at the Spotify Secret Genius Awards in Los Angeles at the Theater at the Ace Hotel. His international tour was just announced and will begin January 29 in Lisbon, Portugal, with U.S. dates spanning the month of March including NYC's Irving Plaza and LA's The Fonda Theater.

The 4-volume Djesse was written, produced and engineered by Collier, composed entirely during 2018 and features contributions from a global cast of his musical inspirations. It will be released via Hajanga Records in exclusive license to Decca/Geffen. The 4 volumes will be released over the next year.

Volume 1 will be released on December 7th and is a dazzling collaboration with storied Dutch ensemble Metropole Orkest under the direction of Jules Buckley. Jacob began this project in earnest on New Years Day, 2018. He awoke and Djesse began, Jacob capturing the feeling of dawn and a new year with the limitless possibilities of orchestral music. It features Voces8 (on the stunning opening choral piece "Home Is"), Take 6, Laura Mvula and the Moroccan gnawa musician Hamid El Kasri.

Jacob Collier is largely self-taught, and the viral YouTube videos he began posting from his London bedroom caught the attention of Quincy Jones and made him a star. He won 2 GRAMMYs and a Jazz FM Award for his 2016 debut album 'In My Room.' His quick rise led to collaborations with Herbie Hancock and Hans Zimmer, a performance with Pharrell, a Ted Talk, even the recomposition of Samsung's ringtone. He made his BBC Proms debut in July.

1. Home Is
2. Overture
