The song an emotionally-charged pop ballad about persevering through hopelessness and reconnecting with life's spark. It highlights McKenna's ability as a songwriter to express vulnerability through resonant vocal melodies and harmonies, asking and answering the question, "Tell me who I'm fighting for if not for me?"

The video is equally cinematic but also does a great well capturing the mystery and fantastical elements of the song as you are transported into this very minimalistic, fairy tale world.
