Mr. Benjamin 'The People's Champ' - Ultimate Party Anthems
Seattle, WA. (Top40 Charts) Seattle hip hop artist and storyteller Mr. Benjamin, also known as 'The People's Champ' for his work with the youth in the Washington communities, is releasing the tracks 'Smoke Wit Me' and 'Next Generation (Mister Sulu)', both featuring Italy's highly accredited DJ Luciano (a/k/a Jato Unit), from his forthcoming brilliant EP Ultimate Party Anthems. Mr. Benjamin's unique and catchy 'Northern Flow' style and swagger and DJ Luciano's European dance music influence, brings together a combination of hip hop, dance/EDM and trap genres that create excitement on the dance floor, radio, and through live performances.

Mr. Benjamin has toured the United States and performed on shows that include the Coast to Coast Mixtape Convention at the Alhambra Theatre in Portland Oregon and The Coolout Network in Seattle and Core Dj's Convention in Atlanta. Two singles from the forthcoming EP are now being released worldwide following his recovery from a brain aneurysm and open heart surgery in 2012. He was inspired to write the single 'Smoke Wit Me' due to the positive impact that medicinal marijuana had on his pain management and recovery.

Seattle Washington's Mr. Benjamin delivers positive messages to the kids when he visits the schools reminding them how important their education is and that music should be an uplifting experience. For this, he received the Seattle Mayor's Award for Excellence in Hip-Hop and promoting Northwest Music and Northwest Communities. He's also received the Governor's Recognition Award from the Governor of Washington for outstanding contributions to Washington's youths and communities.

Mr. Benjamin continues to volunteer his time at local food banks and has also mentored the youth within the inner Seattle city communities. He strongly believes that without mentors, kids will not succeed.

Artists that Mr. Benjamin has opened for include Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion, at the Paramount Theatre Seattle, E40 at Neumos Seattle, Mystikal, Morris Day & The Time at the Seahawks Stadium Convention Center and Chris Brown at the Temple Theatre in Tacoma, Washington - to name but a few. Mr. Benjamin also appears in the June issue of High Times Magazine and attended the Denver Cannabis Cup as a sponsor where 35,000+ people attended from around the world.

'Next Generation (Mister Sulu)' is released on 12th August 2014 and 'Smoke Wit Me (Cannabis Remix)' is now available to download at:
