MuzArt Foundation Radio-Event Welcomes Songwriter Preston Glass
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ CONSCIOUS MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT) An energy packed Radiothon which will air three back to back internet radio shows including: The Josie Show, Solutions Radio and Teen Groove On the Move. The radiothon idea was created to bring attention and awareness to MuzArt World Foundation. The MuzArt World Foundation™ is a 501 (c)(3) Public Charity focused on ensuring that music and the creative arts are appreciated and valued by the next generation of citizens (our children), creating the next generation of professional musicians and artists as well as business professionals for the industry, and enhancing learning in schools that will prepare kids to be successful, fulfilled, and productive citizens by embedding world class music and creative arts.

Muzart knows that the reality is that Public schools were once a reliable conduit for early artistic exploration, now program funding for arts in schools are being cut and the quality of these programs has diminished.

If we provide much needed resources for the music and arts programs we will witness growth in intellectual stimulus from our children demonstrated by increased testing scores, higher graduation rates and higher overall success rates of our children in all areas. Studies show that just the simple act of singing a song in a group can be a vast benefit to development of neural pathways. Numerous studies show that children involved with music result in improved test scores in standardized tests and higher grades, score higher in the math and verbal portion of SATs, and proven success in other many other areas.

The radiothon will also introduce us to Conscious Music Entertainment (CME). CME has been working with and supporting Muzart. CME is also fighting for the future of our children and teens. CME is encouraging mainstream musical artists, producers and writers to use positive lyrics which will empower children and teens. Today's mainstream songs that our children listen to are often filled with negative lyrics which contributes to behavior leading to violence, discrimination, sexual promiscuity and other issues kids deal with today. If the musical lyrics that our kids listen to on a daily basis are comprised of positive, encouraging content it can empower our children promoting self confidence and positive behavior.

The show will be lined up with young musicians, educators, founders of the non-profit organizations, song writers and more. We're excited to share a very special guest, Preston Glass. Preston is a successful commercial songwriter/producer. Preston has written top nominated songs performed by Whitney Houston, Earth, Wind & Fire, Mase, Stanley Jordan, Lionel

Richie, Jennifer Holiday, Johnny Mathis, Michael Bolton, Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick, Kenny G, Johnny Gill, Natalie Cole, Patti Austin, Kathy Sledge, The Delfonics, The Temptations, Diana Ross, George Benson, Phyllis Hyman, SoulDecision, Deniece Williams, Starpoint, Jermaine Stewart, Philip Bailey, Anita Pointer, Valeria, Lenny Williams, Stacy Lattisaw, Angela Bofill, June Pointer, Larry Graham, Carl Car1ton, Margie Joseph, Evelyn "Champagne" King, Tag Team, Ronnie Spector, Narada Michael Walden, George Howard, Pieces of a Dream, The Stylistics, and many others.

There will be lively discussions about music, issues and solutions to problems teens are dealing with today, education, and more. We'll be learning about the exciting projects that Muzart has planned and what CME is trying to accomplish. Additionally we will air music from young upcoming artists and interviewing the performers afterwards to learn about what inspires them and why they choose to use positive lyrics.

The show will be co-hosted by National TV host, Lew Mash along with the hosts of three phenomenal web radio programs. Lew currently hosts Icon News which is soon to air on Dish Network, Tuff TV, and other national networks. On his show, Lew interviews Hollywood's celebrities, athletes and musicians about their humanitarian interests and involvement. He interviews these individuals via Skye which allows the celebs to be in the comfort of their home, studio, or favorite coffee shop.

Our next two hosts, Lenore Luca and Josie Passantino, are two teens that are being mentored by CME. Lenore Luca from web radio show Teen Groove On the Move, is an all around superstar teen. In addition to hosting her own radio show, she has created her own teen magazine and is involved with several charities. She is also working on getting her own reality TV show! She is an advocate of homelessness and anti-bullying. Josie, of the award nominated The Josie Show, is another teen wonder woman. Josie is also an aspiring singer and is soon to release her first album. Josie has also been involved with so many programs and is an advocate of US Veterans and treatment for cancer.

Last, but definitely not least is S. Denice Newton of Solutions Radio. Denice is a writer, speaker and the Co-Host of Solutions radio which features compelling guests that range from activist and politicians to entertainers and advocates on their radio program.

The show will stream live and can be accessed from the Muzart World Foundation Facebook fanpage. Hey while you're on the site, make sure to "like" us! We need your support and want to prove to our youth that people do in fact care and want to take action to better their future. The show will air on December 8th from 2PM-8PM(Central). Solutions will kick it off at 2 pm, followed by Teen Groove on the Move from 4-6 pm, then closing with The Josie show at 6pm.

Spread the word, join the fun, visit the website, call in and participate, and help us in the fight for our children and the future of music.
