No Mystery Studios Presents DMX & RAKIM "Don't Call Me" Ft. Shontelle & Aleks D
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ No Mystery Media) No Mystery Studios has released the first in a series of monumental collaborations between Hip-Hop, Pop and Rock & Roll legends as part of their growing catalogue of tracks for film & television. "Don't Call Me" features performances by Rakim, DMX, Shontelle and Joe Lynn Turner with production by No Mystery's Aleks de Carvalho and Executive Produced by Michael Kay and Matthew Kemp.

Over a series of weeks, Rakim, DMX and Shontelle came together at the iconic downtown New York studio headquarters that has played home to artists such as 50 Cent, Mobb Deep, Alicia Keys and hundreds of others in its 23 years of existence. The resulting track - a socio-political anthem set over heavy rock and roll guitars - is now available for download on all major digital platforms. The release is being managed by The Orchard, the pioneering music, video and film distribution company.

"Coming from a classic rock background, but finding my studio at the forefront of New York's underground hip-hop scene for 2 decades, I've always wanted to see what happens when you bring the two worlds together. Pulling together artists of this caliber is a dream come true for me and highlights our unique music supervision capabilities," stated Aleks DeCarvalho. Rakim added, "X is my dude. Getting together with him is something I've always looked forward to, so this was blessing."
