Paula Punch is fresh off her Californian "
Don't Look Down" tour with Jackie Bristow and Mark Punch, yet already plugging tracks into another record planned for release in 2019. Her live band in Sydney includes the talents of guitarist Rob Gist (Girl Overboard) and keyboardist Marko Simec (Waiting for Guinness, Soul Movers), plus other players from the "Punch Sessions" show curated by Phil Punch of Electric Avenue Studios which showcases local songwriting talent.
The music of Paula Punch began with her performing in the Philharmonic Motet Choir and fronting several bands at her university. Soon after, she began working as a session singer, and quickly graduated to providing backing vocals for Ed Kuepper. Her solo career proved inevitable.
