New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Seattle rapper @prestonhudman has three full albums coming out within the next 30 days after many of his singles with large play counts were removed. MUST READ strategy for musicians.
Preston Hudman is a regular on Vents but for those that don't know he is a freelancer/rapper from Seattle Washington, and he helps entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes gain traffic to increase sales. Many of his songs that had large play counts were recently removed, but he says they will all be re-released on one of his three upcoming albums. The first album will be called "Preston The Blessed" and is slated for a September 28th 2021 release. Following closely behind it though will be "SEO Rap" and "The Google Rapper".
So basically within the next thirty days Preston Hudman will be releasing a total of three complete albums that contain virtually all his music fit for consumption. Until now, he has only released singles and quite a lot of them, some not as good but through persistence and upload frequency triggering the algorithm he says he has seen a lot of success (over five million streams, one million listeners, and 177k followers) but now he wants each album itself to have over one million streams because he thinks it's a milestone that may unlock something unknown. Perhaps it's also because getting an album to a million plays is much easier than getting a single song to a million and Preston plans to use the same ISRC numbers, metadata, and audio files so that each song recovers its original play count. So his first album "Preston The Blessed" is expected to have over one million streams upon release and can only go up from there. You will have to ask Preston if it unlocks anything special for him.
On an unfortunate note, the reason the singles had to be removed was because of a dispute Preston had with his distributor Freshtunes. He says he may talk about it in the future but right now needs recover from the loss by looking at it as an opportunity to try his new strategy. It's imperative that he get the music back online he says. In the mean-time Preston has uploaded his most popular tracks to his own website so that die-hard fans can always access them. https://prestonhudman.com
