NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - Rapper-actor Coolio is trying his luck on Charmed, for which he will play a demon who crashes Phoebe's (Alyssa Milano) wedding on the March 14 episode titled "Merry-Go-Round."

In the storyline, Coolio's character is secretly sent by the Source to disrupt Phoebe's wedding to Cole (Julian McMahon). The Source has taken Cole over to turn the vows into a demonic ceremony that would allow Phoebe and Cole's future son to become the heir to the underworld, according to the WB.

Coolio has previously guest starred on a number of television series, including The Nanny, Arliss, Futurama, and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. His film work includes Judgment Day, Get Over It, and the TV movie Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday The 13th.
