Rihanna's New Album Gets Release Date, December 2019
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Rihanna new album is reportedly set for release in December 2019. As she conquers the fashion industry with her Fenty brand, reports are circulating overseas of a tentatively new Rihanna album coming at the end of the year. News of the potential follow up to RiRi's 2016 "Anti" comes from an annual Universal Music France financial reports event, open to the press, where they revealed tentative projects scheduled for release during the fourth quarter from Universal recording artists.

Back in June, Rihanna revealed she was indeed working on a potential Reggae album; however, no music has surfaced from the announcement as of yet. In August, Daily Mail reported that Rihanna registered a new song title called "Private Lover" with publishing giant BMI.

Patiently awaiting fans have already titled the forthcoming album, "R9." According to a June interview with Interview Magazine, Rihanna says her next project is ready now, revealing, "It really does suck that it can't just come out, because I'm working on a really fun one right now. I'm really happy with a lot of the material we have so far, but I am not going to put it out until it's complete."

Along with new Rihanna, Universal would go on to reveal the tentative releases of new albums from huge names like Drake, Migos, Kanye West and The Weeknd. French journalist Jason Moreau took to Twitter to reveal a complete list of releases coming in 2019's fourth quarter. He tweets:

Neither Rihanna nor Universal have released a statement on the breaking news.

In other Rihanna-related news though, the mogul is hosting her annual Savage X Fenty Fashion Show on September 28th available for viewing via Amazon Prime.
