HOLLYWOOD, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Jean Rah Fya Records) - Small Change, Hip-Hop singing group, comprised of three brothers, Patrick, Cameron and Payton Scott have signed to the hot new record label Jean Rah Fya Records. The group completed their debut hit single "Don't Be Shy" for the independent label and is set to release on May 16, 2008. Mega-producer DJ Black is the brain child, behind this sensational track. DJ Black has worked with popular music artists such as T.I., Eve, Lil John, and T-Pain. "Don't Be Shy" features Grammy-Nominated artist Yung Joc, pop teen sensation Chani and a surprise feature from Nickelodeon television star Lil'JJ from the hit show "Just Jordan" on the upcoming remix. "The single is Electrifying!" said DJ Black. "I think. It's what the music industry has been missing."

Small Change and featured artists will be shooting the video to "Don't Be Shy" on May 4th in Hollywood, Ca. Brothers, Patrick Scott (PJ), Cameron Scott (Cam), and Payton Scott joined forces to become the next great teen Hip-Hop phenomenon. Working with highly esteemed talents such as Ciara, Nelly and Ludacris, these talented teens are looking forward to taking the music industry by storm. The siblings are 15, 14 and 13 years of age and have already gained the support of some of the most recognized teens in the music and television industry including Corbin Bleu, Drew Seely, Kyle and Kris Massey and Keke Palmer. All of these teen stars will make an appearance in the upcoming music video for the new single "Don't Be Shy" as well as Tyler Williams, Raven Goodwin, Tequan Richmond and Page Heard.

Small Change has a passion to lead youth across the world as positive role models. They will be starring in their own reality television show titled "Small Change: The price of fame" later this year. In addition, they were chosen to become Youth Ambassadors for Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E) in Powder Springs, GA from 2004 thru 2006. The brothers traveled to schools across the country to talk about the importance of safety with peers, experimental drugs and education.

In 2007, the dynamic trio performed on Tavis Smiley's Road to Health, Wellness and Fitness Expo. The lineup included; Lyfe Jennings, Kelly Price, Cornel West, Shanice and Bobby Valentino. Additionally, Small Change was featured on the NBA rhythm and rims tour.

Small Change is managed by Next Level Entertainment and was discovered by founders Doug and Jackie Christie of Jean Rah Fya Records. "We are very pleased to have signed this dynamic young group to our label," said Jackie Christie. The debut album by Small Change titled "Concrete and Clay," will be released early 2009.
