New York, NY (TOP40 Charts/ Band Official website) -- The Billboard Pop/R&B chart topping Gold and Platinum Kings of Slow Jams, H-Town have recently released their new single, Houston, Texas - The Billboard Pop/R&B chart topping Gold and Platinum Kings of Slow Jams, H-Town have recently released their new single, "Knockin' Your Heels Off" from their forthcoming album titled, Child Support to be released this year. The single features platinum selling artists, K-Ci, Jo Jo, DeVante and Mr. Dalvin formally known as Jodeci as well as Pretty Ricky. "Knockin' Your Heels Off" is a sexy signature H-Town tune with strong lead vocals. Taking listeners on a sensual journey, the tune speaks of a night filled with passion that both male and female fans will love. "Knockin' Your Heels Off" is pure and aggressive and immediately gets to the center of what soul music is about and highlights the vintage R&B music that H-Town has mastered with today's sound.

The music video for "Knockin' Your Heels Off" was shot in Los Angeles, Ca. and was directed by Massa Mohawk and is being added to rotation on urban contemporary radio stations nationally. With the single hitting major airways and music video channels, H-Town has officially joined the R&B music revolution to revive the grown and sexy music.

The album title Child Support, refers to a catch phrase that fans have playfully inspired. "Whenever we travel we are often asked, where is my child support?" says Shazam. "Fans have claimed that our music inspired the birth of their children." Shazam continues. The album title is H-Town's way of paying homage to their legions of fans all over the world.

"We are excited to embrace our fans and bring them music that they love. Ultimately we feel blessed to be a part of helping to reignite classic R&B music", says H-Town member, Shazam.

Hailing from Houston, H-Town is one of the most astounding artists heavily known for their ground breaking Slow Jams. The trio, consisting of G.I, Shazam and his twin brother Dino, started their musical ventures from their early teens, but it wasn't until they were signed by 2 Live Crew's Luther "Luke" Campbell that their ambition's were taken to a level of excellence. During the1990's, H-Town branded the R&B era with chart topping songs such as "Fever For Da Flavor", their debut album that included billboard Pop/R&B chart topping single, "Lick U Up". The title track "Knockin' Da Boots" is their claim to fame and defines the meaning of a original R&B slow jam. Their first official album release sold more than 3 million copies, which then led the trio selling platinum records on numerous motion picture soundtracks. "Part Time Lover" marked their first soundtrack appearance on Death Row's "Above the Rim" soundtrack as the single hit platinum sales and the soundtrack was certified multi-platinum. Another blazing soundtrack was recreating the old hit classic theme song for the film "A Thin Line Between Love and Hate" starring award winning actor/comedian Martin Lawrence. Other outstanding accolades include platinum and gold hits such as "Beggin' After Dark", "Emotions", "They Like it Slow", and "Natural Woman" from the long list of others.

As the group was recording a new album in 2003, Kevin A Conner a.k.a. Dino and his girlfriend Teshya Rae Weisent were tragically killed in a car accident when his car was struck by a SUV as he left a recording studio in southwest Houston. The H-Town Reunion Tour was cancelled while Dino's twin brother Shazam and band mate G.I. needed the time to grieve over the loss of not only a group member of H-Town, but family and friend. The musical history of H-Town grew into an overwhelming development of three young artists that represented hit after hit and with aspiring attitudes, creating this amazing journey, their musical growth has gone from strength to strength. The two-man band has replenished, Shazam and G.I have been back in the studio, and recently recorded their new studio album entitled, "Child Support", which will be released soon. H-Town will initiate their "Kings of Slow Jams" tour this year featuring their remaining members G.I and Shazam. For more information visit: https://www.myspace.com/htownlegends
