Trinity Ward has crafted a way to blend electronic music with a science fiction theme, one of his biggest loves next to creating music. He calls this fusion scifitronica. A solo artist on keyboards, including synths and samplers, and some backing vocals, he draws inspiration from a variety of genres, from dance and ambient to metal, particularly in his track "Reactor," off his latest album. Fans have described his music as "a good mix of Kraftwerk, Tangerine
Dream and New Order" and as having "elements of early
Depeche Mode with a touch of
Kraftwerk and the merest hint of Yellow in a backbeat."
Having released four self-published albums over the years,
Trinity Ward kicked off his discography with Enter the Infinite in 2010 followed by Echoes From Earth in 2011. Two years later, he released Soul Destroyer (2013). His latest album, Reactor (2014), is an exciting journey into a wide range of EDM with flourishes of other genres, such as the aforementioned metal influence on the album's title track. He's currently hard at work on a new album, which he plans to use to continue to expand his reach to fans across the world.
