LOS ANGELES (Xtreme Official Website) - The hot, young, urban bachata duo, Xtreme, is set to satisfy their fans once again with the release of their new album Haciendo Historia, executive produced by Grammy-winning producer and songwriter Sergio George. After the success of their hit song, "Te Extraño," Haciendo Historia establishes Danny D and Steve Styles as a major force in the Latin urban market, meshing the R&B style of New York with the romantic sounds of their Dominican heritage.

On November 30th, they will be hosting their official album release party at New York's Copacabana with a special performance and live broadcast on La Kalle 105.9/92.7.

Xtreme have also embarked on a national promotional tour, performing at shows and doing radio and television interviews in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Denver and Boston. The boys of Xtreme will be taking the stage at Madison Square Garden for the La Kalle Kristmas show on December 14th.

Haciendo Historia features 13 original songs, including "Shorty, Shorty" and "Adonde Se Fue." The duo was involved in all stages of production, giving the album a more personal touch true to their reality. "It was important to the growth of our artistry that we take a more proactive role in this production," Steve says. "We paid attention to every minute detail of the production and even have developed our own unique guitar sound, paving the way for the evolution of bachata as we know it today." Danny adds, "Just as our fanbase, we are constantly evolving and incorporating new sounds and hot concepts into our music."

Executive producer Sergio George agrees, "Danny and Steve have an innate talent that reverberates in everything they do. Just seeing the development between the first album and this one is a testimony to the potential of these two bachateros that defies musical genres."
