13 Music Names Freeze Fresquez VP/Artist Relations

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The Arizona based-independent record label 13 Music Ltd, has announced the appointment of Steven "Freeze" Fresquez as VP/Artist Relations.

Fresquez is a veteran radio and record promoter, who broke into the industry in the early 1990's as a producer at Phoenix area rock radio station KZRX-FM. Followed by a stint at XEQC radio in Puerto Penasco, SO, Mexico, where he launched a hard rock format, and was nicknamed "Freeze" as an on-air personality.

Fresquez joined DSN Music in 2003, when the Digital Syndicate Network, spun off a label division from it's digital distribution service. He worked in the A&R department under DSN Music VP Scott Bergevin, since it's inception. "I am very excited to once again be apart of a start-up operation" said Fresquez.

13 Music Ltd. was purchased by a private group of investors last year, after the Tempe-based boutique label shut down. With DSN recently acquiring the digital music content from the previous divested partnership.

Fresquez will work with new artists and content joining 13 Music such as groups like Bratana, and veteran artists on the label such as Bo Wilson. 13 Music Ltd is now distributed under the DSN Music network.
