New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Bach Beat Entertainment President Lonnie Sabbath teams with noted sax man A. Killian to deliver a brand new super cool highly expressive release titled "Broken Promises". The six song presentation delivers music so sweet and righteous that it's a natural for the listener to move from one track to the next. "Broken Promises" is an in the groove compilation perfect for jazz aficionados around the world.
Recorded at Bach Beat Entertainment Studios and Track House the new EP features the work of Lonnie "Bach" Sabbath on guitar and Mr. A. Killian on saxophone. The music was written and compiled by Lonnie Sabbath, Pat Rodriguez, and Reginald Boudreaux with the recording featuring the vocal talents of Bach, A. Killian, and the marvelous Brandi Wilson.
"Broken Promises" was mixed and mastered at Track House and Advanced Audio Solutions respectively. Lonnie Sabbath, President of Bach Beat Entertainment shares, "After years of touring (MC Hammer) and then hanging my rig up I formed Bach Beat Entertainment Studios. I did not harbor intentions of recording again but then I was encouraged to let out what might be within and bring it to life. It was almost one of those I dare you to do it kind of moments in my life. Plus just prior to that conversation the famed entertainment lawyer and past front man of Spirit, Al Staehely, dropped by the studio.
He actually took my guitar off the wall and said come on let's play something. We did and that experience coupled with the verbal encouragement from someone else afterward led me to meeting with A. Killian. Honestly, truly, I could not be happier with the final results." Update - currently, the duo is in the studio once more only this time they are in the video recording suite at Bach Beat Studios. A companion performance video is being shot and will be released in the near future.
