New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ I AM PR Agency) On December 3, Grammy-nominated rock singer Cathy Richardson will be performing with Jefferson Starship in the PBS special "'60s Pop, Rock & Soul: My Music." In 2008 Richardson stepped into Grace Slick's role as lead singer of Jefferson Starship. During the special Richardson will be featured in the legendary classic rock group's performances of "Somebody to Love" and "White Rabbit."
Co-hosted by Davy Jones of The Monkees and Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits, "'60s Pop, Rock & Soul: My Music" will also feature performances by 1960s music pioneers Gary Lewis & The Playboys, The Ventures, The Kingsmen, and more. Recorded at Benedum Center in Pittsburgh, the program is set to air throughout December on PBS stations nationwide.
