New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Punch Brothers band mates Chris Thile and Chris "Critter" Eldridge performed on the final episode of The Bluegrass Situation's Whiskey Sour Happy Hour last night, with fellow Punch Brother Gabe Witcher in the show's house band. The series, hosted by Ed Helms and presented in partnership with Americana Music Association, raises funds for MusiCares' COVID-19 Relief Fund and Direct Relief. Eldridge accompanies himself on guitar to sing "Angeles," and Thile later gives a mandolin-and-vocals take on "My Oh My," a song from Punch Brothers' album The Phosphorescent Blues, and a piece by Bach.

Also on the episode, which you can watch below, were Mandy Moore and Taylor Goldsmith, Rosanne Cash, Indigo Girls, Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn, Langhorne Slim, Stephen Colbert, Molly Tuttle, Buffy Sainte-Marie, and Valerie June. The series closes with a multi-artist performance of The Band's "The Weight," including Punch Brothers' Noam Pikelny on banjo.
Past guests on the four-episode series have included Rhiannon Giddens and Francesco Turrisi, and Yola.
