New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Platinum-Certified singer, songwriter, and producer
Jeremy Zucker returns with a new summertime anthem entitled "18." Perfect for a montage in the middle of some long-lost, turn-of-the-century teen flick, "18" hinges on distorted palm-muted guitar and a sing-a-long hook uplifted by newfound grit and arena ambition in equal measure. Jeremy notably co-wrote and co-produced the song with friends and fellow artists, Quinn XCII and ayokay, making natural strides with more confident and charismatic storytelling.
Of the song, Jeremy says, "'18' is written from the perspective of a high schooler dating an older girl, and the thrills and excitement of that relationship. I wrote the song with some friends while we spent a week in Newport, Rhode Island. It feels straight from the soundtrack of an early 2000s coming-of-age film."
The track paves the way for Jeremy's highly anticipated second full-length album, due out later this year.
Most recently, Jeremy teamed up once again with
Chelsea Cutler for the brent ii EP. It served as a sequel to their 2019 breakthrough EP, brent, and Platinum-Certified single "you were good to me." The EP received widespread critical and fan praise, as Jeremy and Chelsea performed singles, "this is how you fall in love" and "emily," on TODAY and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert's #PlayAtHome series, respectively. "18" follows Jeremy's critically acclaimed debut album, love is not dying, released last year. The summer of
