New York, NY (Top40 Charts) If you have ever attended a concert or a music festival and the vibe was just so cool that you wanted to bottle it up and take it home well now you can. Just as the band laid it down at the Blues on the Chippewa Music Festival last August this latest release by The Mark Cameron Band picks it all up including the audience digging it big time. There's just something about a live spontaneous show that creates lasting memories - just about everybody has a favorite show that they remember, you probably have one too. So imagine the mixing board man deciding to record The Mark Cameron Band on the spur of the moment and they caught that lightning in the bottle opportunity that you read about from time to time. That's what got everybody talking about this new release. The band was hot, the day was perfect, and the audience was definitely into it. How cool is that? Now because this recording was captured by an impromptu feeling that maybe it should be recorded thousands of others can experience that very day too. Tell me that isn't cool.....

Review by Wolf (Blue Monday Monthly Magazine)

"Nothing is better than live blues and live blues is always best at a festival which brings us to the latest release from the Mark Cameron Band "Live! At Blues On The Chippewa". A blues lover's treat, the next best thing to being there, and the band had their mojo working in spades on a hot August day in Wisconsin. ……the energy captured in the live performance is simply over the top, butt-shakin, footloose boogie-n-blues from a terrific band."

Peter Merritt Melbourne Australia (PBS 106.7 Radio)

"Wow this truly is something indeed. From the opening note it was more than evident that you had assembled a very talented band indeed and one that could add so much texture to the sound that permeates each and every track. The use of Bill Keyes voice to ghost yours was simply genius and it just elevated this album up into the stratosphere. The band as individuals are all virtuosic and combined a cohesive powerhouse."

The Mark Cameron Band:
Dan Schroeder (Drums) Sheri Cameron (Sax, percussion) Mark Cameron (Guitar, vocal) Scott Lundberg (Bass) and Bill Keyes, (Harmonica, vocal)
