Ford's new song, "My Truck" f/Tyler Farr, has also been made available as an instant grat track via iTunes with the pre-order of his much-anticipated new album, "Love Hope Faith," set for release May 5. Leading up to the new album release, Ford will be hosting four episodes of The Country Network's new field-party inspired series, "Saturday Night Field Party," every Saturday night at 9pm ET, and 1am the next day.
