A pristine and energetic artist, "Let Me Go" is Shayla's first single in 2018, as she teases more music in the new year. A bright and bubbly pop track, the song is filled with catch mainstream hooks and shiny, seasoned production. After the release of her 2016 single "Screw U," Shayla took to the social media app Musical.ly to grow her following, and has since garnered over 100K Instagram followers. The usage of the app has greatly built her status as a social influencer, but what truly stands out is her musical growth since the release of "Screw U," primarily showcased on "Let Me Go."
