Jhene Aiko & Chris Brown Link Up On 'Hello Ego (Don't Stop)'

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) After releasing a romantic video for "While We're Young," Jhené Aiko returns with the lush ballad "Hello Ego (Don't Stop)" featuring Chris Brown.

Aiko takes top billing on this particular track, while harmonizing about her personal struggles as the family breadwinner. "I know I'm supposed to be about my money," she sings. "'Cause that baby gotta eat when she get hungry / And anything my family need they get it from me / So when shit get ugly, I can't stop, I won't stop, I don't stop."

Breezy comes in for a self-aware and candid verse that explores his public persona. "They call me crazy," he sings. "It's okay, girl, I got issues / I wear my heart like my tattoos, I share my tears with tissues." Later, he affirms: "I've been up, down, up, up, back down / But I won't break down."



Once the track was released, Brown sent his stamp of approval via Instagram. Sharing a screenshot of the new cut, he added: "Time to fuck the summer up sis."
Fresh off the release of his documentary Welcome to My Life, Breezy is readying his double album Heartbreak on a Full Moon.

Jhené recently premiered the video for her new single, "While We're Young" off her upcoming album, which she likens to an "art project."
