New York, NY (Top40 Charts) This week, acclaimed multi-platinum pop singer and songwriter Andy Grammer released his original song, "Don't Give Up On Me" (S-Curve/BMG) from the forthcoming feature film, FIVE FEET APART (CBS / Lionsgate) in theaters March 15. The song is available at all digital service providers HERE. Andy is proud to announce that a portion of the proceeds will go to Claire's Place Foundation, Inc, a foundation named in honor of Claire Wineland, who inspired Justin Baldoni to make the film. The foundation is a non-profit organization providing support to children and families affected by cystic fibrosis (CF).

"Don't Give Up on Me,' although a very simple concept - is truly a very powerful one. I have had many moments in my life where I wouldn't give up on someone else, where I believed in them when they didn't believe in themselves. Hell I've had SUPER intense moments where I wouldn't give up on myself. But the most powerful memories from my personal vantage point are the ones when someone wouldn't give up on me," said Andy.

The film is directed by Justin Baldoni (Clouds, Jane The Virgin) and stars Cole Sprouse (Riverdale) and Haley Lu Richardson (Split, Columbus). The duo is portraying cystic fibrosis patients in the same hospital, where strict rules dictate that they must stay five feet apart at all times. The movie explores the complexities of loving someone even when you aren't able to touch them. As the connection intensifies, so does their willingness to defy the rules that govern every moment of their lives. The two refuse to be defined by the obstacles that separate them.

Andy Grammer has taken the music world by storm with a succession of anthemic pop hits, six of which are certified gold or better. His debut album featured the platinum singles "Keep Your Head Up" and "Fine By Me." Andy's second album, Magazines or Novels, featured the quadruple platinum worldwide hit "Honey, I'm Good," which was one of the best-selling songs of 2015, and the certified gold anthem "Good To Be Alive (Hallelujah)." Andy's third full length album, The Good Parts, was released in December 2017 and includes his global smash hit "Fresh Eyes," which has become a global streaming phenomenon with over 350 million total streams, with a new album coming later this Spring.
