Extending Their Chart Success To An Incredible Five Decades, Air Supply Hits The #4 Breakout Position On The Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Chart With Their New Single "Desert Sea Sky"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) AIR SUPPLY (www.airsupplymusic.com) has been a pop and Adult Contemporary chart phenomenon for decades, but their latest single "Desert Sea Sky" - which extends their Billboard chart success to an incredible five decades - is breaking ground in a fresh new genre: dance music.

For the week ending May 3, 2014, the new track by the hit-making duo of Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, released on the Air Supply Music label, hits the #4 Breakout position on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart.

While sharing Breakout chart space with Rita Ora, Ariana & The Rose, Joywave Featuring KOPPS and Neon Trees, it's only a matter of time before Air Supply leaps onto the main chart, which currently includes Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Avicii, Daft Punk, Kylie Minogue, Pharrell, Cher and Shakira featuring Rihanna.

Brad Mason LeBeau, Founder of PRO MOTION, America's oldest and largest dance music promotion, marketing and production firm, says, "Remixed by The Wideboys from Great Britain, the '80s balladeers with 37 million records sold have successfully re-invented themselves for the Electronic Dance Music culture. PRO MOTION is excited to be the executive remix producers and marketing firm for the domestic and international agenda."

DJs and radio programmers across the board are praising "Desert Sea Sky." Steve Cunningham from Next Music in Los Angeles says, "Now getting an absolutely spectacular response from this. Wideboys Vocal Mix is in my Top 40." DJ Jess from DJJessNYC.com in New York notes "Lots of request for this track and I am playing it in the peak time of my set." DJ Monsta from Sirius Satellite Radio has the track in heavy rotation and calls it a "huge dance track for me right now," with the "Wideboys Vocal Mix now in heavy" rotation.

The Wideboys have worked their studio magic for superstar artists including Alicia Keys, Britney Spears, Enrique Iglesias, Taio Cruz featuring Kylie Minogue, Beyonce, Emili Sande, Miley Cyrus, Pussycat Dolls, Nelly Furtado, Usher, Ke$ha, Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and Robin Thicke.
