New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Today Billboard announced Winterfest, the inaugural festival that will take place from January 22 to 25 at Park City, Utah's premier music venue, Park City Live.
Iggy Azalea will headline the event on Saturday, January 24 with opening act Hoodie Allen. Rounding out the weekend are chart-topping artists B.o.B., headlining Thursday; Skrillex, taking the stage on Friday; and Diplo, closing the weekend with a Sunday night performance.

Title sponsor Citi presents Billboard Winterfest and gives the stage to 2014's heavy hitter, Azalea. With major career milestones on Billboard's music charts, Azalea was honored with the Chart-Topper Award at December 2014's Women in Music. Her latest album, The New Classic, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart in April 2014, marking the highest bow for a female rapper's first album since 2010.

As supporting partner of Saturday night, YouTube has provided New York-based hip-hop artist
Hoodie Allen who jump-started his career through the video platform, amassing close to half a million global fans who tune in to watch his music videos and vlogs. Allen arrived in the No. 2 slot on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in October 2014 with his first full-length album, People Keep Talking. With a nod to his social media roots, 83 percent of the album's first-week was download sales.

Private Pass, the bank's entertainment access program, which offers credit and debit cardmembers access to thousands of events annually across music, sports, dining and family entertainment. American Airlines and Marshall Speakers are additional weekend sponsors.
