The highest bidder will receive an ultimate prize pack to the ACM-nominated festival, Windy City Smokeout, happening July 14-16 in Chicago, IL.
Jackie is inviting one lucky fan and his or her guest to join him and his friends Randy Rogers Band, Jake Owen,
