Elena crafted her album over 6 years in which time she mastered the art of producing alongside her already exceptional musical skills. Brass and big band music have always had a profound effect on Elena and years of playing in brass outfits has translated to a flowing brass section throughout the album. On top of this her musical theatre background inspired Elena to combine the rich vocals of the stage with traditional pop melodies giving her a distinct sound and edge.
'Message in a Bottle' the lead track of Elena's upcoming album is a short, sharp pop hit. Combining traditional brass sections with electronic dance beats, Elena continues to demonstrate that she is fiercely independent and original.

An inspiration to many through her book 'To Eat or Not To Eat', Elena Roxy Rose hopes to channel the positive energy she has surrounded herself with into her upcoming album. Simplicity is key and her aspirations are ones of spreading love and enlightenment rather than the mainstream media promoted goals of swelled egos and material gain.
During the conception and production years of the album Elena overcame many of life's inevitable struggles and her self-belief and constant faith in the power of music has resulted in a fantastic release with real meaning and scope. All the universal experiences that one goes through are woven into this superb collection of positive and upbeat original songs that enable the listener to get lost in a colourful paint box of emotions.
