Nate Ruess Kicks Off Fall 2015 Tour
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) GRAMMY Award-winning recording artist Nate Ruess is celebrating the end of summer with a major North American live schedule, highlighted by headline dates, festival appearances, and the Campus Consciousness Tour (CCT) Fall 2015. The schedule follows the recent release of Ruess' acclaimed debut solo album, "GRAND ROMANTIC," available now from Fueled By Ramen.

The wide-ranging trek gets underway with a series of shows supporting Hozier, beginning tomorrow, September 11th, at Lincoln, NE's Pinewood Bowl Amphitheater (see attached itinerary). Campus Consciousness Tour (CCT) Fall 2015 - a REVERB & NextGen Climate Partnership to promote climate action and a clean energy economy - begins September 22nd at York, PA's Penn State York and then visits colleges in Iowa, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin through October. The tour marks Ruess' fourth turn as CCT headliner, including previous runs with fun. and The Format. Ruess will be meeting with student leaders at campuses throughout the tour to learn about their work promoting environmental awareness.

"I can't wait to get on the road and play these new songs live," says Ruess. "I'm thrilled that I could partner with Campus Consciousness again, as we've had a long history together, and I admire the work that they do supporting student activists."

Ruess - who is of course known around the globe as the singer/songwriter of indie pop supergroup fun. - is also set for eagerly awaited headline shows across the country, as well as top-billed appearances at such upcoming festivals as St. Louis's LouFest (September 12th), Boston's Boston Calling (September 26th), Washington, DC's Landmark Music Festival (September 27th), and Austin, Texas's ACL Music Festival (October 2nd and 9th). As if all that weren't enough, Ruess will also headline the inaugural Rock 'n' Roll Brooklyn Half Marathon, slated for October 10th at the Toyota Rock 'n' Roll Concert Series powered by iHeartRadio in Brooklyn, NY's Prospect Park. For complete details and remaining ticket information, please see nateruess.com.

"GRAND ROMANTIC" has been hailed as one of 2015's most triumphant musical accomplishments, highlighted by a string of extraordinary singles and videos including "AhHa," "Great Big Storm," and "Nothing Without Love." New single "Great Big Storm" is making its way up the Hot AC chart, following the success of "Nothing Without Love," which has been streamed more than 10 million times. The latter remains a multi-format success, a top 20 favorite at both Hot AC and Modern Rock Radio while also hitting Billboard's overall "Hot 100." What's more, the "Nothing Without Love" companion video - directed by Anthony Mandler (fun., Rihanna, Taylor Swift) - has earned more than 6.5 million views below:
