Oliver Sean Nominated For MTV Europe Music Awards

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ W.O.A Records) Oliver Sean has been nominated as Best Worldwide Act (India /Middle East/ Africa Region) for the 2012 MTV European Music Awards (EMA).

The past year has seen Oliver Sean bag several accolades for his 'So Good' album, including a Vh1 India Top 10 spot and a no.2 chart position in the region. Sean Is currently on his 'So Good' US Tour to promote the So Good album and his latest single 'All I Remember' . This MTV EMA Nomination is the culmination of all the hard work and dedication the singer/songwriter has put into the So Good project which is the artist's third independently produced studio album.

World Wide Act category, celebrates diversity and the breadth of all the music that MTV has to offer by nominating incredible artists from all corners of the world. Fans will be able to vote for an artist/group within five different regions of Asia Pacific, North America, Latin America, Africa/India/Middle East and Europe. The nominee from each region with the most votes, will then battle for the 'World Wide Act' win at the MTV EMA's on November 2012 in Frankfurt

Oliver Sean joins this years musically diverse crew of nominees include familiar faces as well as newcomers. Rihanna scored the most nods with 6, followed closely by Taylor Swift with 5. EMA faves Justin Bieber and Katy Perry have 4 each. And last year's big winner Lady Gaga competes for three along with first-time EMA nominees Carly Rae Jepsen, fun., Lana Del Rey and Nicki Minaj, as well as past EMA performers Jay-Z and Kanye West. Oliver Sean joins this fantastic list of nominees.

The show will air exclusively on Vh1 India this November 2012 direct from Frankfurt Germany.
