Puerto Rican Rapper Residente Expands US Tour 2018
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The innovative Puerto Rican musician, rapper, philanthropist, producer, film and video director René Pérez Joglar, also known as "Residente", has expanded his anticipated U.S. tour, adding 4 tour dates which include shows in Texas and Colorado to his nationwide tour.
The 19-city tour, produced by Live Nation, will start on August 28 in Atlanta, GA, and now includes stops in Houston on August 31, Dallas on September 1, San Antonio on September 2 and Denver on September 13. Tickets are now available at LiveNation.com.

Additionally, Residente is known for being a constant defender of Latin American education and indigenous rights. Not only is Residente the face of UNICEF and Amnesty International campaigns, but due to his commitment to social awareness and to promote peace, he received the Nobel Peace Summit Award in Barcelona in 2015.

His highly acclaimed album "Residente" is the sixth album by the artist born in Hato Rey, in the vicinity of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the first as a soloist.
