New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Ray Davies, enigmatic frontman and songwriter of classic Brit rock band The Kinks has selected a range of products essential to his Sunday mornings which are to be auctioned off as part of a charity scheme.
Ray was an integral part of The Kinks who became synonymous with the Swinging Sixties.
The Kinks have recently released their definitive 2CD greatest hits collection entitled 'Sunny Afternoon, The Very Best Of The Kinks' based on the soundtrack from the hit West End musical of the same name and compiled by Ray himself.
Over the course of their career The Kinks have scored 3 number 1s and 9 top 5 hits and have cemented themselves as the quintessential rock band. In the fine tradition of British staples Ray has compiled a variety of items that encapsulates his ideal Sunny Sunday Afternoon.
