Rolling Stone Premieres The Chieftains With The Civil Wars, "Lily Love"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) RollingStone.com has premiered the first song off The Chieftains' 50th anniversary album 'Voice of Ages,' "Lily Love" featuring The Civil Wars. An original song written by the duo specifically for 'Voice of Ages,' it pairs The Civil Wars' lilting harmonies with The Chieftains' traditional Irish melodies for an evocative tale of young love.

Out Feb 21 on Hear/Concord, 'Voice of Ages' features a host of young talents such as Bon Iver, The Decemberists, Punch Brothers, Carolina Chocolate Drops and many more, and was produced by Chieftains' leader/founder Paddy Moloney and T Bone Burnett.
