The Lovely Eggs + Haggard Cat + FOXC*NT Join Top Of The Alcopops Final Line Up

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Alcopop! Records are delighted to announce the final line up for TOP OF THE ALCOPOPS, a very special Top of The Pops-themed event set to take place at The Dome and Boston Music Rooms in London on 17th May 2019. Tickets are on sale now priced £16 advance.

Featuring a host of names from the Alcopop! Roster, extended friends, and label alumni, the final acts revealed for the event are: lo-fi psychedelic punk rock husband and wife duo THE LOVELY EGGS, chaotic grunge rock outfit HAGGARD CAT, and charmingly-titled art punks FOXC*NT.

They join already-announced cult art-rock heroes ART BRUT, Belgian experimental noise-rock quartet RAKETKANON, Brighton punk witches DREAM NAILS, self-proclaimed "Croydon noisy fellas" FRAUDS, and rising Brighton-based garage rockers GAFFA TAPE SANDY.

The event will be compèred by Northern-Irish stand up comedian and TV host Michael Legge and Attack! Pro Wrestling host Jim Lee, with good times and tasty beers once more supplied by the kind folks over at Signature Brew, and DJ sets from James McMahon, 1p Album Club, and Joda x Gamwell and Feliciano.

Commenting on the event, label boss Jack Clothier says: "We can't wait for Friday! It's always a bit of a challenge to make a show more than just a standard gig, but I'm hoping Top of the Alcopops is going to be something a bit special. I mean, at its heart it's still a bunch of ace bands playing to magnificent people, but we've got some fun extras in the bag that should mean we all have a lovely time. Bring out your glitter cannons!"
