Percy Williams - Leaders of the World (Private Press Canadian Reggae)

Yet another particularly intriguing thrift store find - this is a slice of mega-obscure Canadian reggae from the early 80's. I don't feel that this would be something that I'd include in my Mysterious Canadian Artists series, as it just seems that this is one of those "super-independent" artists who had only a few hundred copies of their song pressed for them by a custom record manufacturing service (Quebec-based JMR in this case) to share with people they were friends with or knew - the type of record you'd find even less info about on the Net than the other records I already have posted in my Mysterious Canadian Artists series.
