Some ex-candidates unable to join form one due to lack of fees

It is the back-to-school season and many are looking forward to getting to class. However it is not a guarantee for all that they will be in class. Various students, who, despite having excelled in KCPE and having received admission letters, are not sure if they'll attend school any time soon.
