In order to get more airplay, Buddy Holly came up with a ruse: put singles out in his own name and in the name of The Crickets. Well, Donny Osmond went several steps beyond that. He recorded with his brothers as The Osmonds, solo as Donny Osmond and with his sister as Donny and Marie Osmond. Marie also had solo hits and then there were The Osmond Brothers .... Anyway, his fans will well remember this one peaking at #5 here in Britain back in 1972. Sadly, I am of the generation that well remembers the original by Nat King Cole (1951).
